At Skyward, we work with all types of budgets and constraints to get the client what they need.
Penn State University Extension needed an application that would help real estate agents and homeowners discover and diagnose problems with a home’s water. Driven by mysterious pink rings found in bathtubs across the county, PSU contracted with Skyward for a solution to allow agents and homeowners to act as their own experts.
Working within grant and branding constraints, Skyward and Penn State Extension offices released an application for Android and iPhone to connect the user with up-to-date, scientific information and contacts if they needed more support. This app was also designed to let Extension populate the data, lowering their costs and allowing the app to be updated without ongoing development work or cost–a key part of the clients’ needs.
