In 2013 we started working alongside our friends over at AgIntegrated to help Jeff and Jacky from Syngenta create an ambitious sales tool for the company.
To create the E-Luminate Marketing Tool, we used feeds from over seven other companies, brought them into one application, and made them accessible to the sales force with the goal of centralizing useful information when thinking about the unique needs of a farmer.
The project evolved over a number of years as company stakeholders started seeing the application as a way to centralize the sales process for their seed advisors. Adding live and static data feeds that provided weather, soil layers, product availability and recommendations as well as information about the site’s use, the application has gained in momentum, and was recently presented to the international governing body to positive acclaim.
Now, in 2017, we are at it again–based on feedback from the users, we are updating the look and feel and giving the seed salespeople the tools that will help them achieve their best.
